In your own words, in English or Chinese: "three of us, under $6,000, near USF", "I need a phone plan", "how do I open a bank account without an SSN". No forms to fill first — the profile fills itself in as you talk.

It puts the answer on the map, with sources

For housing: the listings that match, sorted into three buckets so you know where to spend an application fee. ✅ Ready to apply — everything the landlord put in writing can be met with what you already have. 🟡 Worth asking — it looks workable, but something isn't written down; we hand you the question to ask. ❌ Won't qualify — don't spend the fee here: there's a requirement they wrote down that you don't currently meet, and we show you which line it is, in their words, with the date we read it.

What gets compared is what you can actually produce: pay stubs if you have them, and 1099s, tax returns, bank statements, an offer letter, a co-signer or extra deposit if you don't. An SSN is one item on that list, not the whole list.

That last one is a reading of what the landlord published, not a verdict on you. Landlords make exceptions, policies change, and plenty of places never write their rules down at all — where they didn't write them, we say so rather than guessing, and most listings are in that group. The buckets only appear once you've told us your own qualifications; without that, everything is an unknown and three buckets would be theatre. For a bank card or a phone plan: the branches near you, plus the first-hand answer for each, with its source and the date we checked it. When an answer gets old, the card says how many days it has been since we last verified it rather than pretending it's current.

It drafts; you approve

Emails to landlords are drafted for you and sent through your own Gmail, only after you connect it and only after you approve that message. Phone calls are placed by an AI that tells the other person it's an AI, and every call has a confirmation step before it dials. You can set the agent to drafts only and it will stop sending anything at all.

It keeps the record

Who you contacted, what went out, who replied, where each place stands. It follows you to another device, and you can delete all of it yourself at any time.
