Fill-along: everything up to the submit button — you press it
Landlord application forms ask the same things. Verified against AppFolio-hosted forms; other sites are matched by field name — what it recognises gets filled, the rest is left alone. Fill your dossier once; on every form I fill everything up to the submit button. Payment, signature, consent boxes and submit are yours.
Three rules
- Fill only, never submit. Submit, payment, signature, consent boxes and captchas are never touched; filled fields get an orange outline and the banner lists what was filled, so you check each one before pressing.
- Your dossier stays in your browser. Legal name, birth date, address, employer, income are never uploaded to our server — we only keep booleans and bands there, and fill-along does not loosen that. Before handing over, it shows you which page is asking and waits for your click.
- We never fill SSN. SSN is not stored in the dossier; that field is marked amber for you to fill. No SSN? Leave it blank and ask whether passport + I-797 is accepted — never a fake number.

Open the landlord's application page, then click it. A small Put Roots window names the page asking, you press "Hand it over", the dossier goes straight from this browser (never uploaded) and the form gets filled.
Install on a desktop browser; it cannot be installed from a phone. Multi-step forms: click once per step, or use "Fill this step again" on the banner. The bookmark works on any site's application page; only AppFolio listings get a one-click opener on the card.
② Your dossier
Stored in this browser only: another device starts empty, and clearing site data or a private window wipes it. Things already in your profile (email, visa, move-in date, pets) can be pulled in.
Shared computer? Clear it after you apply.
