- E-commerce marketplaces — ran a marketplace at $40B GMV with 30,000+ merchants: supplier development, category management, supply-chain management, merchant quality, marketing, sales growth; delivered 7× growth; led teams of 100+ at two companies.
- AI & agents — autonomous agents in production, running 24/7 for paying customers; personalized recommendation delivery at ~20M pushes a week.
- Verification, consulting & investing — built a company-wide identity-verification platform: a 45-minute trust decision compressed to 3 minutes, accuracy held while the user base tripled; consulting — supply-chain management, M&A, ERP; founded several companies, including a venture firm and an AI company.
